Roundtable on the Future of Food Systems in the Mediterranean and Africa
On November 7, 2024, Yasmine Seghirate, an administrator at CIHEAM, will moderate a roundtable titled “Scenarios and Evolutions of Food Systems and Green/Blue Transition in the Mediterranean and Africa.” Organized in partnership with the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), UniMed, and BusinessMed, this session will bring together high-level experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities surrounding ecological and food transitions in these regions. This discussion aims to highlight perspectives and solutions for more sustainable, resilient, and equitable food systems to address shared challenges in the Mediterranean and Africa.
